I haven't got the activation email, what should I do?

Sometimes, depending of your email account, Loquo email may be recognized as "SPAM" and sent directly to a "SPAM" or "Junk" folder.
Please take a look at this folder, you'll probably find our email there.
To prevent this from happening again:
1) Select our email
2) Push the button "this is not SPAM".
If you don't receive our email in 15 minutos, you can request a resend
NOTE:
If you are trying to post an ad in one of the following categories: Personals, Erotic, Services and Jobs, it's possible you haven't actually activated your ad by SMS or phone call. Please refer to the "how to activate an ad" section to get more information.
Once you activate your ad, you'll receive the activation email.
If you've activated your ad correctly and you still haven't received the activation email, please tell us.
